In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any material misrepresentation in your registration information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds held within the account.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your rj77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your registered account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is your legal and financial responsibility. rj77 treats all actions carried out through your account as actions directly authorised by you, unless you have notified the Platform of a security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.

All financial transactions on the rj77 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. rj77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own applicable charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All deposits are credited to your rj77 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. rj77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing.

The rj77 VIP Program comprises five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — through which Account Holders accumulate loyalty points based on their wagering activity and progress to higher tiers with enhanced benefits. The following general provisions apply to the VIP Program:

• VIP points are awarded based on real-money wagers placed on eligible games and markets. Bonus-funded wagers may accrue points at a reduced rate or may not accrue points, as specified in the VIP Program terms published on the Platform.
• VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis over the qualifying period specified for each tier. Failure to maintain the minimum qualifying wagering volume within the relevant period may result in tier demotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rj77 Platform. Any Account Holder found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited activity forfeited:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or account systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any Game Provider's system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in multiplayer games including poker or live dealer table games.

rj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account Holder's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• A suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback request submitted by the Account Holder to their payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the rj77 Platform.
• Discovery that the Account Holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rj77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from the outcome of any game, bet, or wagering activity conducted on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures of the Platform or any Game Provider's system.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccurate information provided by you during the registration or KYC verification process.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rj77 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution framework set out in the Platform's support documentation.
